In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) while actively participating in business development efforts. Your leadership will be key in identifying new sales opportunities, expanding our customer base, and mentoring team members to achieve their sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Development Representatives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to optimize sales processes
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted outreach campaigns
  • Identify and engage with key prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and provide strategic input
  • Foster a positive team culture that encourages open communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Proven success in generating leads and closing sales
  • Experience in a SaaS or technical sales environment preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
