Responsibilities

• Assist Slovenian-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of support activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to address complex client issues and formulate effective solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken
