pstrongPOSITION:/strong Housekeeper (Part-Time, Non-Exempt) br /br /strongCOMPENSATION:/strong Hourly Rate/p pstrongSUMMARY/strong/p pHousekeepers are primarily responsible for providing our residents, guests, team members and vendors with a clean, orderly and enjoyable environment in which to live, work and visit./p pstrongRESPONSIBILITIES/strong (Including but not limited to)/p ul liMaintain cleanliness of office space, apartment units, laundry rooms, fitness center, retail space and any additional common areas as directed./li liClean all bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartments and common areas./li liVacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors, where applicable./li liSpot clean walls and windows./li liDust furniture and empty trashcans./li liClean baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents./li liAssist with picking up trash throughout the week./li liMonitor inventory of cleaning supplies and housewares./li liMaintain proper utility settings in vacant units, per community standards./li liReport any service requests or pertinent information to management as it relates to the well-being of the resident./li liPerform any additional housekeeping tasks or other duties as requested by management to ensure efficient and effective operation of the community./li liParticipate in weekly on-call duties when necessary./li liMaintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating effectively with team members, residents, customers, vendors, and management./li liParticipates in Cardinal U as required./li /ul pstrongQUALIFICATIONS/strong/p ul li1-2 years professional housekeeping experience required./li liHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred./li liAbility to read, write and follow written instructions, Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus./li liAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members./li liStrong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness./li liAbility to perform physical cleaning work that includes standing, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling (up to 25 lbs.)./li liAbility to maintain confidentiality and work a flexible schedule which includes weekends and holidays./li liAbility to complete all assigned tasks in a safe and effective manner, following OSHA standards and community expectations./li liAbility to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal’s Core Values every day./li /ul pstrongWORK ENVIRONMENT/strong/p pThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
