Living our brand is a critical component for all of our roles./ppBelow is a general outline of some of the roles and responsibilities expected of our Team Members (this list is not all inclusive):/ppstrongPrimary Responsibilities:/strong/pulliManaging the cash register throughout the shift, ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted in a fast and accurate manner/liliStocking products on shelves and making sure the store looks clean and professional at all times/liliEnsuring prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff at all times/liliMaintaining a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and surrounding property/liliTroubleshooting and resolving car wash related issues as needed/liliPreparing shift reports at the end of the shifts as per company guidelines/liliCrossing and upselling store products and sales to assist in increasing store sales/liliEscalating all high-priority issues to their immediate manager/liliAdditional duties as assigned/li/ulpstrongRequirements and Qualifications:/strong/pulliMust be able to work a flexible schedule as needed/liliCommunicate verbally and in writing with various management on store operations in a quick timeline, especially if there are any changes or items that may adversely affect the store’s operations/liliAbility to read, understand, and write in the English language/liliPerform basic math including proper calculation of change, etc./liliHave the ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol (as required under applicable laws and regulations)/liliCan lift up to 50 pounds/liliAbility to climb ladders as needed/liliAbility to remain calm and respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures defined by company guidelines/liliTolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products/liliAbility to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside in various weather conditions, and in the station)/li/ulpstrongEmployee Incentives:/strong/pulliEmployees that are with us for 6 months to 3 years = 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuel/liliEmployees that are with us for 3 years to 5 years = 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuel/liliEmployees that are with us for 5+ years = 0.40 cents off a gallon of fuel/lilistrongMAXIMUM 20 GALLONS AND 2 FILL UPS PER WEEK/strong/li/ulpstrongAdditional Info:/strong/pulliMust be 18+ years old to work 1st and 2nd shift/liliMinimum of 21 years old to work 3rd shift/li/ulpstrongDisclaimer: /strongThe list of requirements, duties, and responsibilities listed above is by no means a complete list.
