Scheduling meter installation appointments will also be a primary task along with confirmation of address and phone numbers of customers./p pWe have an opening for this role in strongBaxter, MN/strong (Non-Remote) - Experience is preferred!/p ul liExperience within the Utility or Transportation Industry is a plus!/li liBi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required./li /ul pStarting pay: strong$21.00 per hour/strong/p pstrongResponsibilities will include:/strong/p ul liManage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner while transacting the schedule information within the Call Management Software./li liIdentify customers� needs, clarify information, research issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives/li liMaintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament/li liBuild sustainable relationships and engage customers and staff by going the extra mile/li liMaintain open communications with Technicians in the field if adding/changing orders/li liOther admin duties as instructed by the Call Center Supervisors./li /ul pstrongAdditional Requirements/Skills:/strong/p ul liStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills/li liMust be able to sit or stand at workstation to interact with customers while using computers/headset/li liAble to get along and work well with others in a team atmosphere/li liMust be able to pass a background check and drug screening/li liEffectively communicate with department and operations teams/provide regular updates/li liAdvanced degree or technical training is a plus!/li /ul pstrongMinimum Qualifications:/strong/p ul liHigh School diploma or GED/li listrongBi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required/strong/li liStrong computer skills and experience in MS Office Suite/li liExperience working in a customer centric position and interacting with software applications to serve the customer./li /ul pstrongBenefits:/strong/p ul liPaid Training, Medical/Dental plans, 401K plan, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays/li /ul pstrongEEO Statement/strong/p pAllegiant Utility Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
