Assures departmental competency and compliance to all regulatory, accreditation and hospital standards of care./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Implements a service culture based on the principles of continuous quality Improvement. Creates structures and processes that assure cost effective and safe utilization of drug supplies and pharmacy staff time./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Implements and administers fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures and reviewing and responding to financial report data./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Provides expert pharmaceutical care assistance to colleagues regarding integrated health care delivery network./span/li/ul Qualifications: p style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"strongspan style="font-size: 10pt;"Education and Experience:/span/strong/span/pullispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required. Advanced or Master's degree preferred (e.g., Pharm.D.) ./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Pharmacist in an acute care setting. Minimum of two (2) years of pharmacy leadership experience./span/li/ulp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"strongspan style="font-size: 10pt;"Licensure:/span/strong/span/pullispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Registered Pharmacist license.
