This role ensures accuracy in inventory records and supports Transmission operational needs./p p /p pstrongKey Roles Responsibilities/strong/p ul li pPerform day-to-day storeroom tasks such as receiving, storing, issuing and returning materials, tools and equipment to maintain accurate inventory levels./p /li /ul ul li pConduct cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with quality standards./p /li /ul ul li pSafely operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, in compliance with safety guidelines./p /li /ul ul li pOrder material through Transmission project management software for operation projects and perform Project Closeout tasks./p /li /ul ul li pCoordinate with Transmission warehouse and/or vendors to ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials, tools, and equipment./p /li /ul ul li pCollaborate with Team Lead, district personnel, Supply Chain Management and other departments to meet inventory demands and address discrepancies./p /li /ul ul li pMaintain organized and orderly storeroom conditions, adhering to 5S and lean practices as applicable./p /li /ul p /p pstrongEducation, Experience Skills/strong/p ul li pHigh school diploma or GED plus minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management; or Associate�s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field plus minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management required./p /li /ul ul li pCertification to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment./p /li /ul ul li pProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and inventory management software./p /li /ul ul li pStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently./p /li /ul ul li pKnowledge of industry regulations and safety standards, including OSHA; OSHA10 certification preferred./p /li /ul ul li pAbility to work overtime as required./p /li /ul /div divdiva href="https://apply.hrmdirect.com/resumedirect/ApplyOnline/Apply.aspx?req_id=3397989source=3397989-CJB-0"START YOUR APPLICATION/a/divdiv/div/div /div div/div div/divdiv br /a href="http://www.otsl.com/"Visit Our Home Page/a /divp© 2025 On-Target Supplies Logistics, Ltd./p p a href="https://www.clearcompany.com" iApplicant Tracking System Powered by/i  /a /p /div
