Now Hiring: Office Assistant / Scheduler

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Scheduler to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations by managing scheduling tasks, supporting administrative duties, and ensuring a well-organized office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars

  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed

  • Support office staff with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus)

  • Previous administrative or scheduling experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to type and talk on the phone

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Details:

  • Position: Full-Time

  • Location: Adrian, MO 64720

  • Compensation: $15 - $17 an Hour

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM
