GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in Clovis, NM. This per-diem role is ideal for a skilled PTA who is passionate about patient care and looking for a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
• Monitor and report on patient progress
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery goals

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Valid New Mexico PTA license and BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities, exercise techniques, and EMR systems
• Strong communication skills, compassion, and teamwork
