Impact Recruiting Solutions is actively seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a respected Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Pittsfield, MA. This full-time position is ideal for professionals dedicated to improving the lives of geriatric patients through expert clinical care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Position Details:

• Location: Pittsfield, MA
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Hourly Rate: $41 – $45 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive challenges
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and physicians
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy and safety strategies
• Document care activities in accordance with Medicare and HIPAA standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Licensure: Active Massachusetts SLP license
• Certifications: ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility
• Additional: Must have valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
• Preferred: Experience with geriatrics or in a skilled nursing facility
• Skills:
• Expertise in dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders
• Strong documentation and EHR usage
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
