St. Lukes University Health Network, the regions largest and most established health system, is seeking a Network Director of Pediatric Emergency Medicine to lead the development of the Networks first Pediatric Emergency Department.
Position Highlights:
Lead and develop the Networks Pediatric Emergency Medicine program across multiple campuses.
Oversee the new Pediatric Emergency Department at the Bethlehem Campus.
Drive pediatric care initiatives across additional network emergency departments.
Maintain an active clinical practice in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
Dedicated time for administrative, strategic, educational, and research responsibilities.
Collaborate with leadership in emergency medicine, pediatrics, and graduate medical education.

Position Requirements:
Board Certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
Demonstrated leadership and administrative experience
Strong team-building and communication skills
Willingness to combine clinical, administrative, and educational responsibilities
