Position Overview

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Electrician experience in an industrial or commercial setting.

• Knowledge in using hand tools, electrical meter, and testing equipment

• Knowledge of: reading blueprints, running conduit, wire & terminate devices, quality control testing and troubleshooting

• Experience in handling low to high voltage up to 480 VAC.

• Experience in medium voltage a plus

• EMT Conduit Running, Cable Tray running (A plus)

• Determines general condition of all electrical equipment, can troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs

• Strong working knowledge of job site safety with the ability to thoroughly identify electrical hazards and proper safety procedures

• Must have strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with all levels of management; must have a high degree of initiative, and the ability to work alone and effectively with other people

• Reliable transportation to and from job

• Valid documentation such as Driver’s license and social security card

• Must provide work and pay history along with references.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts

• Evenings

• 40 hours at one location
