🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, planning and delivering individualized nursing care
• Assist in cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure care
• Administer medications and therapies in accordance with physician orders
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and ongoing care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Float to other units as needed (within scope) and participate in on-call rotations

 

✅ Requirements

• Active RN License (State of Colorado or Compact License)
• ASN required (BSN preferred)
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
• Additional certifications may include: PALS or NRP (as applicable)
• Previous Cath Lab or acute care RN experience preferred

 

⏰ Schedule Details

• Day Shift – 8 hours
• 5 days per week (40 hours)
• On-call required, including possible call during scheduled shifts
