Job Description
Are you a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist seeking a rewarding, well-supported role in a vibrant and growing city? Carondelet Medical Group is looking for a skilled and compassionate Urologist to join our established team in Tucson, Arizona.
Step into a collegial, high-volume practice equipped with advanced technology, experienced support staff, and a shared commitment to patient-centered care.
Practice Highlights:
- Full-time, employed role with one of Southern Arizona’s most respected medical groups
- Workweek: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM with shared weekend call
- ER call coverage required – minimum 7 days/month
- 60% outpatient clinic / 40% OR
Access to advanced surgical technologies, including:
- DaVinci Xi Surgical System
- Aquablation
Dedicated MAs and clinical support staff
- Team includes 2 full-time urologists, 1 PA, and 1 RN
Patient volume:
- 24 patients/day in clinic
- 15–20 surgical cases/week
You'll join a close-knit, highly collaborative team that values innovation, quality outcomes, and work-life balance.
Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology
- Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Passion for providing exceptional care in a community-based setting
