Family Medicine Physician Position in Stillwater, NY

Join a thriving family health center in Stillwater, New York, as a full-time Family Medicine Physician. You will be part of a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to providing comprehensive care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases.
• Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
• Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage.
• Be supported by hospital-affiliated systems and physician-led governance.
• Optionally participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students.
• Engage in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles if desired.
• Maintain flexible schedule options, with a preference for full-time and outpatient settings.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• At least 1 year of experience in primary care.
• Clean malpractice and licensing history.
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active New York State License (or willing to obtain).
• Candidates must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted.
