We are seeking a full-time, experienced Family Medicine Physician to become an integral part of our dedicated team at the Stillwater Family Health Center. Located in the charming town of Stillwater, NY, our facility offers robust practice support, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for both teaching and hybrid roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases.
• Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
• Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage.
• Work within a supportive hospital-affiliated system and physician-led governance.
• Engage in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students if desired.
• Explore opportunities for hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with a preference for candidates ready for full-time outpatient work.
• Commit to long-term practice involvement.
• Available to start upon completion of credentialing.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics (required).
• Active New York License, or the willingness to obtain one (required).
• At least 1 year of experience in primary care (required).
• Clean malpractice and licensing history (required).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• Active New York License (or willing to obtain).
• ACLS Certification (required).
• DEA Registration (required).
