Direct Counsel, LLC is seeking an Associate for a leading global law firm to join their esteemed Business Restructuring & Reorganization team in Washington, D.C. The practice is a mix of creditor, debtor, and distressed acquisition work. On the creditor side, high profile, top of the capital structure representations, including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings. On the debtor side, high profile chapter 11 cases, including cross-border cases, and out of court restructurings. Class of 2017 – 2021.
