What You’ll Do

• Team Player: Pitch in wherever needed—front counter, blender station, restocking, dish-up, clean-up.
• Guest Experience: Greet every guest with a genuine smile, listen to their needs, and ensure they leave happier than they arrived.
• Product Quality: Learn and follow our recipes to craft bowls, shakes, waffles and coffees consistently and with care.
• Station Care: Keep your station fully stocked and pristine; follow all food-safety and sanitation protocols.
• POS & Communication: Take orders accurately, operate our POS system for payments, handle cash and card and keep the team informed of rushes or special requests.
• Flexibility: Cover varied shifts—including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays—and share your availability upfront.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay : Based on experience  $15–17 / hour guaranteed minimum (in wages plus tips)
• Overtime: 1.5× your regular rate for hours over 40/week (per MA law)
