Urgent Care Physician

Join an established, busy walk-in clinic in a hospital-employed position. Enjoy 12 hour shifts block schedule. Excellent support staff including RN's, LPN's, and CMA's. Just 2 hours from St. Louis and 4 hours to Chicago.

Schedules determined 3-4 months in advance. 1656 clincal hours per year (36 hours X 46 weeks gives credit for 6 weeks off per year). Clinic averages 80-100 patients per 12 hour day split between three providers. Lab and Xray onsite (no advanced imaging). ESI levels 4s and 5s with occasional 3s. One of the 50 top small arts communities in the U.S. and recently ranked in the top 10 best hometowns in America.
