Pizzaiolo "Pizza Cook"

We are looking for a skilled cook that will satisfy our customers, in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Rolling dough, applying toppings and working large 6 rotating shelf pizza oven
• Ensure great presentation for each order
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Occasionally doing dishes, sweeping/mopping, taking out garbage (these responsibilities are rotated amongst all cooks to provide an even workload.)

Requirements:

• Able to follow instructions and read tickets
• Must be able to move around the kitchen and multi-task
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work well in a team and work well under pressure
• Great communication skills
• Available to work on the weekends

Starting hourly pay is determined by experience.
