Location: Victorville, CA Area

Position Details:

• Reason for Hiring: Expanding team
• Team Composition: 13 providers
• Schedule Options:
• 4-day/10-hour shifts
• 5-day/8-hour shifts
• Call: No call duty
• Compensation: $300K - $350K (based on experience)
• Bonus Structure: Potential for performance bonuses based on the size of the patient panel; larger panels may result in $80K+ bonuses
• Patient Demographics: Primarily HMO patients, some PPO and Medicare FFS; all ages
• EMR System: Nextgen
• Patient Volume:
• Average 20 patients/day for 10-hour shifts
• Average 16 patients/day for 8-hour shifts
• Relocation/Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable for suitable candidates, especially those willing to relocate to the area
