\n\nOpportunity:
\nRN - ICU
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work variable day and night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n• Provide care in 10-bed ICU/IMC unit with patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:3-1:4 for IMC
\n• Float to other units as needed including medical surgical (MS) with 1:5-1:6 ratios on 34-bed unit
\n• Float to facility locations in Rhinelander, Eagle River, and Tomahawk (floating can be prescheduled)
\n• Work every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
\n• Subject to low census and on-call requirements with 2-hour minimum call back
\n• Eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours per contract
\n• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
\n• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS
\n• NIHSS certification preferred
\n• Minimum 2 years of experience required, one travel assignment preferred
\n• EPIC charting experience preferred
\n• Any color scrubs permitted
\n• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
\n• GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week
\n• Flu and COVID vaccination compliance required (mask mandate for non-vaccinated during flu season)
