• Schedule: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday; no call
• Job Setting : Outpatient
• Type of Cases: Primary care services
• Credentialing: 6-8 weeks

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible Family Medicine
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: Any unrestricted state license and DEA
