Urology Physician

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Clinic: 2.5 days per week, 8am-5pm and 8am - Noon with OR 2 days per week
• Job Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient
• Types of Cases: General urology procedures including Cysto, Prostate biopsy, Fiducial markers, Wart fulguration and more
• Credentialing: 90-120 days, emergency privileges available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certification: Board Certified Urology
• Licensure: Kentucky license required
