- 1 RN : 3 couplets (standard goal) \n
- 1:6 ratio possible depending on acuity/assignment mix \n
\n - High acuity (Magnesium): 1:4 ratio \n

- Twins may affect assignment balancing \n
\n - Charge RN: No patient assignment (fully free charge) \n

- Postpartum mothers (routine + higher risk) \n

- C-sections (no major GYN surgical cases beyond tubals) \n
