The Assistant Manager position is to assist the General Manager with leading in most aspects of the restaurant operations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising employees during a shift
• Teaching and training OPS manuals and execution of systems
• Perform tasks and procedures to run a profitable and successful restaurant
• Responsible for assisting with cash control, labor and accountability
