Qualifications for Success

• Ambition to Win

• Proven Sales Experience (2–5+ years preferred)
  Outside sales or in-home sales experience is ideal. You know how to build trust fast and guide decisions confidently.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset

• Exceptional Communication
  You connect naturally, listen well, and tailor conversations to each homeowner’s needs.
• Strategic Questioning

• Comfortable with Challenge
  Commission structure? Performance expectations? Fast pace? Good. You prefer it that way.
• Education
  Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required. Results matter more than credentials.
