Window Installer- Crew Lead

Looking for a full time installer to lead a window crew of less experienced individuals. 

Small company with 2-3 continuous window crews operating in and around the Twin Cities. 

Company provides all tools, as well as use of trailer, dumpsters, and truck as needed for jobs. 

Ideal person would have experience installing windows with a variety of methods and is willing to learn team management skills. This is a strong opportunity for a seasoned installer to pivot to a lead position. 

Pay is negotiable as hourly or salaried. Provided you can pass a background check and are an insurance driver, a company truck may also be provided. At this time the only offered benefit is PTO, as this is a small company, but within the next year we are looking to add better benefits for employees.
