Trainer

Location:Statewide Corrections - Spectrum's Medication of Addiction Treatment (MAT)
Schedule:Full-time, Monday-Friday or when needed

Pay rate:$65,000-$70,000/annually

TheTraineris responsible for:

• Overseeing, developing, and implementing competency-based training for staff working in the MA DOC, medication for addiction treatment services.
• Promotes internal and external training opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization, including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of a master's degree in healthcare administration, human services, psychology, education, social work, or closely related field and certification in addiction or mental health.
• Licensure preferred (LPN, RN, LADC, LMHC or LICSW).
• CPR preferred.
• Must possess knowledge of medication for addiction treatment, behavioral health, mental health, correctional treatment services, and quality improvement processes and systems.
