PARALEGAL - BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS AND CONTRACTS

PARALEGAL - Business Transactions and Contracts - PART-TIME, REMOTE

We are looking for an experienced Business Transactions and Contracts Paralegal to join our legal team on a part-time basis. This remote position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of business law and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and edit various business contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Assist attorneys in negotiations and structuring of contracts and transactions;
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including tracking, renewing, and archiving agreements;
• Maintain organized records and documentation for transactions;
• E-filing

Experience and Hard Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in business transactions and contract law (Required);
• Strong understanding of contract law and experience in drafting and reviewing contracts (Required);
• Proficiency in legal research and contract management software (Required).

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal;
• Proactive critical thinker who can identify issues and propose solutions;
• A dedicated team player who takes ownership of tasks and consistently meets deadlines;
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a remote setting with shifting priorities.

Technology Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Required);
• Experience with contract management and legal research software is (Preferred).
