What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for vendors who can perform tasks such as:

• Grass cuts, snow removal, and landscaping
• Winterizations and lock changes
• Debris removal and securing properties
• Property inspections using mobile apps (InspectorADE or EZ Inspections)
• Submitting bids and reports
• Minor repairs and maintenance
• Eviction support (if applicable)

 Requirements:

• Your own tools, vehicle, trailer, smartphone, and computer
• Aspen Grove background check (ABC number)
• Use of Pruvan, EZ Inspections, or InspectorADE mobile apps
• General Liability Insurance ($1M) with E&O
• Workers Comp or exemption letter (if applicable)
• Must carry HUD keys
