pstrongAbout the job/strongspan: As a Direct Support Provider, you will provide training and assistance to people that includes, but not limited to, daily personal cares, medication administration, community activities, money management, meal preparation, laundry assistance, and leisure activities.  Starting wage is $16.50-$17.50 per hour. /spanbr /span /span/p pstrongEssential job responsibilities include:/strongspan /span/p ul liMonitor and assist people with personal cares./li liInstruct and assist people in food preparation, clean-up, and sanitary practices./li liEncourage grooming and dress according to the person’s preferences, cultural considerations and social norms./li liAdminister medications and treatments once trained./li liCommunicate concerns, suggestions, potential problems to supervisors in an accurate, prompt, and respectful manner./li liChart daily program information./li liComplete cleaning and assist persons served in cleaning tasks./li /ul pstrongRequired Qualifications:/strongbr /span /span/p ul lispanM/spanust be 17 years of age or as dictated by licensure./li liMust pass DHS background clearance./li liMust have valid driver’s license./li liMust be able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language while conducting company business./li /ul pstrong  Benefit Highlights:/strongspan /span/p ul liEmployer contribution towards group medical plan single premium/li li401(a) Retirement Savings Plan with a 5% employer annual contribution.
