This includes eating, bathing, dressing toileting, transferring (walking), and continence./li liRespond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining residents' self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality./li liCommunicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately./li liMaintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards./li liEncourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments/li /ul pstrongQualifications/strong:/p ul liExperience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate/li liMust be at least 18 years of age/li liHigh School Diploma or GED/li liExcellent customer service skills/li liStrong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs/li liPossess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families./li liMust pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests/li liFor the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines./li /ul pstrongOakmont Management Group,/strong based in Irvine, California, is a recognized leader in the senior living industry that manages a portfolio of communities under the Oakmont Senior Living and Ivy Living brands.
