including restroom cleanliness and maintenance./liliManage every aspect of guest relations; including effectively and accurately responding to customer concerns and feedback./liliResponsible for accurate front of house inventory and ordering of all alcohol supplies avoiding customer interruption./liliResponsible for sales building and meeting labor and profitability goals./liliFollow cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions./liliWork to reduce costs without affecting the guest experience and optimize profits through management of cost centers amp; recognize money saving opportunities./liliManage the full-life cycle of front of house crew members including hiring, training, coaching/developing, performance feedback and appraisals, documentation, retention, and termination./liliMaintain staffing pars in every facet of the business to ensure a positive guest experience, sales building, and business growth./liliTrain your crew how to use front of house equipment, how to recognize quality products, and manage staffing front of house staffing needs./liliWrite schedules for direct reports to meet the demands of fluctuating business./liliPromote a team culture and empower a talented and motivated team./liliEnsure quality standards and portion control./liliOperate in accordance with all Cristyrsquo;s Pizza standards of operations, handbook policies, operating policies, agreements, etc.nbsp;/liliCompliant to federal, state, and local legislation including employment, food safety, liquor control, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) requirements;
