Complete cleaning schedule, which may include the following areas:/pnbsp; p·nbsp;Classrooms, labs, conference rooms/pnbsp; p·nbsp;Restrooms, shower rooms, locker rooms, fitness rooms/pnbsp; p·nbsp;Offices, lounges, study/work rooms/pnbsp; p·nbsp;Entrances, lobbies, hallways, stairways/pnbsp; p·nbsp;Dining areas, public activity areas/pnbsp; p3. Perform these cleaning procedures as directed:/pnbsp; pa. Dust and wet mopping, buffing, stripping, and refinishing of tile, wood, or other hard surface floors; vacuuming, spot cleaning, shampooing, and water extraction of carpeting./pnbsp; pb. Clean furniture, chalkboards, walls, windows, assigned equipment, water fountains, supply dispensers and other fixtures, appliances, and vending machines./pnbsp; pc. Remove trash/clean cans; snow removal; police grounds; replace light bulbs/tubes and clean fixtures./pnbsp; p4. Operate and complete basic maintenance on the following equipment:/pnbsp; p·nbsp;6”, 16”, and 20” roto’s (buffing machines)/pnbsp; p·nbsp;Upright, canister, wet-dry, and portable vacuum cleaners/pnbsp; p·nbsp;Water extraction carpet cleaning equipment/pnbsp; p·nbsp;Portable pressure washer./pnbsp; p5.
