pspan style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;"A3. Provide case management services to children, youth and their families referred through the Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) and referrals from other child-serving entities./span/p

pspan style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;"A4. Initiate contact with the family within 48 business hours of receipt of the referral to schedule an initial home visit and explain the purpose of the program. Meet with the parent/guardian and youth within 10 business days. /span/p

pspan style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;"A5. Complete an intake assessment using the CAFAS a part of the face-to-face meeting. /span/p

pspan style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;"A6. Utilize the assessment process to continually measure the youth progress and provide outcome data on the extent to which family functioning improved over the course of service provision./span/p
