Night Warehouse Loader - Full-time

pDescription/ppJOB SUMMARY:nbsp;/ppAssist in the tasks related to loading the Company’s trucks for customer delivery./ppbr//ppROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/pp• Accurately load trucks according to the delivery driver’s stopsnbsp;/pp• Arrange the load in a manner which it is secure and protects the product under it (i.e., preventing spills, falls and placing loose items in a box together)/pp• Consistently check quality of product for leaks or damage and replace if needed; document any damage appropriately after replacing on the warehouse damage log/pp• Assist in cleaning up all work areas in the warehouse in preparation for the next shift/pp• Assist other teams, whether in pulling, loading or any other duties/pp• Work in a safe manner/ppbr//ppbr//ppRequirements/ppQUALIFICATION, SKILL, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:/pp• High School diploma preferred/pp• Warehouse food distribution and forklift experience preferred/pp• Must be dependable and able to work as a part of a team or individually with little or no supervision required/pp• Reliable attendance is required/pp• Flexibility and excellent organizational skills/pp• Ability to bend and reach for products on pallets/pp• Ability to lift repetitively and carry up to 80 pounds/pp• Ability to climb into and out of truck compartments/pp• Ability to climb ladder/pp• Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods of time/pp• Ability to work in extreme climates/pp• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively/pp• Must be able to read and understand a loading diagram/ppbr//ppMust be able to pass drug screening and background check./p
