This individual will work closely with the strongDirector of Ticket Sales Partnerships/strong, supporting a growing team through various aspects of ticketing operations including outbound sales, customer service, event support, and community engagement. The ideal candidate has a passion for sports and sales, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to grow within the sports industry./p pstrongCompensation:/strongbr / This is an unpaid internship. The selected candidate must be eligible to receive course credit from an accredited college or university for completing it./p pstrongDuties and Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liAssist with outbound sales for season tickets, premium seating, and group experiences through cold calling, email outreach, and in-person meetings./li liParticipate in grassroots and community events to promote DC Power FC and generate leads./li liSupport ticket operations including order processing, distribution, and customer service./li liWork matchdays at Audi Field, assisting fans at the box office and providing support for the ticketing and service team./li liHandle administrative tasks such as data entry, lead tracking, and maintaining sales spreadsheets./li liEngage with current season ticket members to ensure a top-tier fan experience./li liAssist in executing fan activation strategies and group theme nights./li liPerform other duties as assigned by the ticketing department./li /ul pstrongDesired Qualifications:/strong/p ul liStrong interest in women�s professional sports and/or ticket sales./li liProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)./li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills./li liSelf-starter with strong attention to detail and organization./li liPrior customer service or sales experience is a plus./li /ul pstrongRequirements:/strong/p ul liMust be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible for academic credit for this internship./li liThe selected candidate must pass a background check./li liMust be available to work 15�25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and DC Power FC home matches./li /ul pstrongEOE Statement:/strongbr / DC Power FC is an equal opportunity employer.
