This position offers flexible scheduling and fulfilling work, providing in-home support services to families and their children with autism./span/p pstrongspanDuties:/span/strong/p ul lispanProvides individualized support services to families./span/li lispanConducts training programs for families, both at the office and in the home. This consists of the delivery of workshops to families, followed by modeling agency strategies with consumers during sessions, then coaching families to work with their son or daughter./span/li lispanConducts observations at schools, homes, and/or other locations for the purpose of offering suggestions to assist and benefit both the consumer and staff. /span/li lispanProvides group services for individuals and their families. /span/li lispanSupports individuals in their community including transporting the individuals and facilitating interaction between the client and members in the community./span/li /ul pstrongspanA successful candidate will possess:/span/strong/p ul lispanGood communication skills, both oral and written./span/li lispanMust be able to manage and embrace change and be flexible, reliable and dependable./span/li lispanMust be able to think objectively and take quick action when the need arises./span/li lispanMust be able to provide training and teach parents and professionals./span/li /ul pstrongspanQualifications:/span/strong/p ul listrongspanEducation: /span/strongspanBachelor's Degree./span/li listrongspanExperience:/span/strongspan No experience required.
