We offer competitive pay, a generous benefits package, opportunities for advancement, a family environment, strong company culture, and more employee events than anyone in the industry!brbr/p pResponsibilities:/p ulliLubricates the moving parts of vehicles./li/ul p/p pWhat We Need From You Job Duties and Requirements:nbsp;/p ulliPerforms work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards./liliSells lubrication, safety inspection, and other related services./liliMaintains records on regular customers, following up periodically with telephone, mail or personal reminders./liliDrains oil from the crankcase and refills with the required amount of oil./liliReplaces oil and air filters./liliInspects vehicle fluid levels, and replace or replenishes as necessary./liliChecks tire pressure and adds air if needed./liliLubricates moving parts with specified lubricants./liliCommunicates with the parts department to obtain needed parts./liliReports machinery defects or malfunctions to the supervisor./liliDocuments all work performed on the repair order./liliParticipates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs as assigned by the service manager./liliKeeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins./liliEnsures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisors immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle./liliKeeps the shop area neat and clean./liliMaintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Return them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received./liliUnderstands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc./liliOperates all tools and equipment in a safe manner./liliReport any safety issues immediately to management./liliOther tasks as assigned.nbsp;/li/ul p/p pEssential Job Functions:/p ulliMust have a valid drivers license and meet company motor vehicle reportnbsp;standards/liliHigh school education or equivalent /li/ul p/p pRicart Automotive is an equal-opportunity employer.nbsp;/p p/p
