We hope you will join our team as we continue to grow and improve!/em/span/p pspan style="text-decoration: underline"br/span/p pspan style="text-decoration: underline"span style="font-weight: bold"General Duties (includes but not limited to):/span/span/p ul lispanCollaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, manufacturing, and quality—to support tooling development, process improvements, and project success./span/li lispanCoordinate and execute mold/tool trials, validation tests, and process adjustments to ensure optimal performance, dimensional accuracy, and part quality./span/li lispanInspect molds for wear, damage, or corrosion, and coordinate repairs or refurbishments with internal teams or external vendors./span/li lispanTroubleshoot molding defects and dimensional issues by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable corrective actions./span/li lispanUse precision measurement tools (e.g., vision systems, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensional accuracy and meet specification requirements./span/li lispanParticipate in design reviews, project meetings, and structured problem-solving events such as 8D reports and communication meetings./span/li lispanMaintain inventory of replacement parts and develop improvements for mold/tool protection and in-process data collection./span/li lispanEngage in continuous improvement, training, and professional development to stay current with injection molding technologies and best practices./span/li lispanEnsure compliance with OSHA and quality standards, while promoting cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety./span/li lispanAssist in training personnel on proper mold/tool care, use, and maintenance procedures./span/li lispanMaintain accurate records for mold/tool specifications, maintenance activities, process parameters, and non-conformance investigations./span/li lispanReview and approve tooling drawings, prototypes, and samples to ensure compliance with quality and manufacturing standards./span/li lispanMonitor molding processes and analyze data to optimize cycle times, yields, and part consistency./span/li lispanPerform and document preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molds, both in and out of cleanroom environments./span/li lispanLead or assist in new mold/tool startups, validations, engineering change orders, and troubleshooting activities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions./span/li /ul pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold;
