The Key Holder will be responsible for managing the store during scheduled shifts, opening and closing the store, handling cash and credit card transactions, managing inventory, and providing excellent. /span/divdivspan style="font-size: 12pt"This position will report into the [Reporting Manager Title]./span/divbr/br/bWhat you get to do every day:/bbr/liAssist the Store Manager in opening and closing the storenbsp;/lili Ensure the store is properly secured and alarm systems are functioning correctlynbsp;/liliManage cash and credit card transactions, and perform daily cash reconciliationsnbsp;/liliMaintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and report any discrepancies to the store managernbsp;/liliProvide exceptional customer service, and assist customers with their purchases, product inquiries, and returns/exchangesnbsp;/liliMaintain a clean, organized and attractive store appearancenbsp;/liliAssist in the execution of and ensure daily tasks are completednbsp;/liliTrain and mentor new team membersnbsp;/lili Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managernbsp;/lidivnbsp;/divbr/br/bWhat you bring to the role:/bbr/liHigh school diploma or equivalentnbsp;/liliMinimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer servicenbsp;/lili Strong communication and interpersonal skillsnbsp;/liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelynbsp;/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment /liliMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays /liliBasic computer skills, and experience with Point-of-Sale systems is a plusnbsp;/libr/br/divspan style="font-size: 15px"Our mission is to connect people to their passions.
