Are you ready to be a changemaker?/p pWilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire Shipping Receiving Associate./p pPosition is in the warehouse. In this position, the qualified candidate would support the Shipping Receiving Manager and be assigned to receiving all inventoried and non-inventoried materials, stage and coordinate shipping of large orders. Process transactions using the internet and our company�s business software./p pThe qualified individual will be able to ship large customer orders with a great level of detail and a low incidence of error via LTL or FTL. The individual will perform quality control checks on all inbound shipments. They will unload trailers as well as put away pallets using a forklift. At times they will need to assist the shipping department sending out small parcel orders via UPS and Fed Ex as well as assist production. At all times, required to observe safety and security procedures and uphold organizational values by treating people with respect. The individual will volunteer readily and commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach departmental goals./p pstrongEssential Job Functions:/strong/p ul liReceive, inspect, and store all inventoried and non-inventoried materials./li liStage and coordinate delivery of all sales orders that require LTL or TL./li liOperate powered hand jacks regularly./li liShip small parcel orders when needed./li liFollowing verbal and written instructions/li liGood verbal and written communication skills/li liUtilize multiple modules in a WMS./li liComfortable and able to work in a warehouse environment./li liUnderstand and display WLT�s values/li liOther duties as assigned/li /ul pstrongMinimum Requirements/strong/p pstrongSkills:/strong/p ul liMust have computer experience./li liExperience with a WMS environment./li liAble to load and unload materials weighing up to 50 pounds each/li liStamina to perform repetitive tasks such as moving heavy boxes continuously while on your feet./li liSkill in simple math computations./li liBe proficient in Microsoft Office/li liForklift experience, or willing to learn./li liEducation or Certification:/li liHigh School graduate or GED acceptable/li /ul pstrongExperience:/strong/p ul li2 years of experience in a Shipping Associate role./li liPrior forklift experience preferred./li /ul pWilson has identified the anticipated pay range for this role based on the many factors that we consider in defining compensation levels for our roles, including market data, and internal equity considerations.
