Managers should drive training, growth and EXCELLENCE in all shift operations./p pstrongManager Level Requirements/strong/p pManagers are responsible for making sure our vision of EXCELLENCE is executed daily, even when no other leader is present./p pAreas of focus:/p ol li pstrongTraining: /strongThe manager must be a positive reinforcer of Chick-fil-A standards and store vision/core values./p /li li pstrongCleanliness:/strong The store should be maintained at a wipe-clean state and residue should not be allowed to buildup to where scrubbing is needed. Checklists./p /li li pstrongPersonal growth:/strong Managers must seek feedback and push themselves to higher levels as the store and business grows./p /li li pstrongManages correct staffing levels for shifts/strong. Filling shifts and making cuts to labor as needed. Assisting with Recruiting and Training their team./p /li /ol pstrongManager Abstract/strong/p pTrain and prepare team to execute perform operationally when they work. Assist Leadership team in goal setting and making changes to reach goals. Leaders understand accountability and communication go hand in hand. Communication of any issues to the team and leadership is must. Leadership team success is dependent on each leader, you must be able to bring your best every time you work to make sure you are propelling the team forward.
