Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and require in-classroom instruction./p pstrongWe have a need for instructors in our Collision Repair Technology Program for the 2024-25 school year. Candidates should be experienced in the following areas: /strong/p ul liFrame and Structural repair/li liAutomotive welding equipment and application (MIG, TIG, steel and aluminum)/li liPaint and refinishing theory and application /li liElectrical, HVAC theory and operation/li /ul ul listrongIn addition to the minimum qualifications below, all applicants will need ASE Certification in the area they will teach, preferably Master Certification (B2-B5) OR be able to obtain certification by the time classes begin./strong/li /ul pstrongMinimum Qualifications:/strong/p pCandidates should possess an Associate degree in Auto Collision Repair Technology and have 5 years of experience as a technician. Should possess industry certifications such as Vehicle Manufacturer, ASE, I-CAR and Aftermarket. Preference is given to those with higher education teaching experience, who have used a learning management system (such as Blackboard or Canvas), and who are engaged in community service./p pstrongThe salary range for this position is $800-$950 per contact hour.
