Sparks Staff serve as mentors to youth and facilitate group activities.br /br /Job Functions:br /br /Provides direct supervision to a group of adolescents in a therapeutic afterschool setting. Creates positive, nurturing relationships with adolescents, while building cooperative relationships with parents/caregivers. Promotes and supports the potential of all adolescents in programs and facilitates peer-to-peer connections as part of the overall afterschool experience.br /Training will be provided. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and will undergo a background check. A bachelor’s degree is required. A valid driver's license is necessary. A personal vehicle is required. Job Type: Part-time, from 9 AM to 2 PM or 1 PM to 6 PM /p pbr /Pay: From $18-20 per hour/p
