Our delivery drivers are responsible for transporting food and beverages to customers in residential and commercial locations in a safe and timely manner while providing a friendly customer service experience./ph4Qualifications/h4brpJob Requirements:br / • 18 years or older with minimum 2 years driving experience.br / • Valid, non-expired driver license.br / • Proof of non-expired insurance that meets the requirements of the licensing state.br / • Vehicle to be used for delivery must have passed state vehicle inspection.br / • 5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) clear of certain violations as stated in our MVR Driver Evaluation Criteria.br / • Physical: Applicants must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.br / • Cognitive: Ability to read, speak and understand English./p pbr / Job Responsibilities:br / • Download and use the Delivery IQ App while on the clock.br / • Deliver customer orders in a safe and timely manner.br / • Confirm sequence of deliveries and directions before leaving the restaurant.br / • Prep and restock front of house and back of house food products as needed while following proper rotation methods.br / • Assist with putting vendor deliveries away.br / • Assemble and stock pizza boxes.br / • Stock soda fridges as needed.br / • Clean pizza bags (inside and out) as neededbr / • Maintain a clean and organized delivery/dispatching area, including pizza bags.br / • Maintain proper food temperatures by using hot bags for all orders.br / • Follow all traffic laws.br / • Ensure all delivery receipts are totaled and signed.br / • Return all hot bags to the store.br / • Answer phones within 3 rings and place on hold and/or take customer orders when other associates are not available.br / • Follow proper cash drop procedures.br / • Communicate guest complaints, including missing items from a customer’s order, to management immediately and assist in resolution where appropriate and directed.br / • Immediately return to the store after all completed deliveries, unless otherwise instructed by management.br / • Empty trash, break down cardboard boxes, and sweep parking lot.br / • Follow all closing procedures, including sweeping and mopping floors.br / • Other tasks as assigned./p pJob Expectations and Qualifications:br / • Report to work on time and adhere to timeclock requirements.br / • Adhere to uniform and attire standards, and present a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times.br / • Adhere to all scheduling procedures, including time off requests and call out procedures.br / • Check orders for completion before leaving for delivery, and redeliver any missing items.br / • Maintain a sense of urgency, but drive cautiously to ensure quality food presentation.br / • Respect customer property (e.g., do not walk on the lawn).br / • Uphold all Seasons Pizza customer service standards, including prompt, friendly, courteous, personalized, and professional service.br / • Strong customer service skills; understands and upholds standards related to greeting, serving and interacting with customers and vendors.br / • Positive attitude at all times.br / • Friendly and helpful; offers help to customers, team members and community members.br / • Team-oriented; willing to help any other team member when asked or to assist without being asked.br / • Understand and uphold safe cash handling and risk guidelines.br / • Able to use Point of Sale system efficiently and effectively.br / • Able to utilize phone system efficiently and effectively.br / • Notify a manager immediately in the event of a workplace injury, incident, or automobile accident./p
