Maddenrsquo;s is currently seeking a full timenbsp;Carpenter who will help repair and maintain all resort buildings/p h4Duties and Responsibilites/h4brpDuties and Responsibilities:/p ul liFits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim./li liInspect exterior siding for damage or defect, and replace where necessary./li liPerform minor roof repair./li liRemove damaged or defective parts or sections of decks and railing, and repair or replace. nbsp;/li liRemove, construct and replace stairs./li liMust be comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding./li liPerforms other duties as required./li liFollow all company and government safety guidelines and requirements./li /ul pnbsp;/p pEducation/Experience:/p ul liHigh school diploma or GED ; or equivalent combination of education and experience/li /ul pbr / Physical Demands:/p ul liFrequently uses hands to grab, or feel, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds./li liWillingness to work outside (if necessary) in inclement weather/li /ul pnbsp;/p pEnvironment/Noise:/p ul liOccasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.
