font-size: 16px"Performs layout and supervision of line clearance projects./span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Operates and oversees the use of specialized equipment including, but not limited to, bucket trucks, chippers and chainsaws.  /span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Provides guidance on complex trimming and tree removal, especially around energized power lines.  /span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Effectively manages requisition, storage and safeguarding of materials./span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Effectively manages and tracks jobsite labor, scheduling, material usage and equipment maintenance schedules./span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Oversees daily operations, coordinates work schedules and ensures all tasks are completed to standard and deadlines provided.  /span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"High school education or equivalency; post high school education desirable but not required./span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in tree trimming industry at Journeyperson level./span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Minimum of 4-6 years tree climbing experience. /span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Herbicide and trimming certifications preferred or ability to obtain./span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Thorough understanding and knowledge of company safety and personnel policies and procedures. /span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Working knowledge of all equipment associated with line clearance activities including aerial lifts, chainsaws and woodchippers.    /span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Must be familiar with electrical and voltage hazards. /span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Knowledge of trees including identification, growth habits and correct arboriculture techniques for the trimming, pruning, repairing, maintaining and removing, as applicable to working close to energized conductors./span/li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
