CSAs are given the resources to obsess over guiding these people, both virtually in person. They identify needs, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize the entire Heirloom experience. CSAs provide timely responses to telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Successful candidates are competent, conversational, and compassionate to serve others.  /span/p pbr/p pspan style="color: #2b90d6; font-size: 22px; font-weight: 800;"Responsibilities/span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Navigate HubSpot for timely Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/spanbr/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Process in person Point of Sale (POS) and internet orders in Shopify/span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Guide contacts on a buyer’s journey, as the hero to their friends and family/span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Listen empathetically to the contact’s problems and suggest Heirloom solutions/span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Communicate with contacts to elevate their status from Leads to Evangelists/spanbr/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Advise Heirloom leadership on trends, special inquiries, and potential new products/span/li /ul pbr/p pspan style="color: #2b90d6; font-size: 22px; font-weight: 800;"Skills/span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Proven 2+ years experience in sales or customer service/span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Proven 1+ years experience in CRM (or comparable digital system)/span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Knowledge of Google Workplace; familiarity with HubSpot or Shopify a plus/span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Strong communication skills; Spanish or French language a plus/span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Excellent empathy and listening skills a priority/span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Good organizational and learning skills required/span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Assertiveness and confidence necessary for success/span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"High school diploma or GED; BS/BA in business a plus/span/li /ul pbr/p pspan style="color: #2b90d6; font-size: 22px; font-weight: 800;"Details/span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 12pt;"Opportunity for hybrid (in person remote) work./span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Contract, intern, part-time, full-time, and equity positions considered./span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px;"Compensation starts at $15.00/hour.  Benefits available for full-time employment./span/li /ul
