Clinical Dietitian

Description of the role:

We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Mission Community Hospital in Panorama City, CA. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing and providing nutritional care to patients based on their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' nutritional needs
• Develop and implement personalized meal plans
• Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
• Clinical Dietitian license in the state of California
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
